• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
• Personalised items may be non-refundable (such as where an inscription is made on an item); this will be clearly indicated in the product description.

• Alternatively, you can contact me on Facebook, where you may receive a faster response
• I will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
• Once received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via PayPal. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:

• Items not in their original condition
• Missing parts or accessories
• Any item that is returned late
